Returns & Exchanges
Because most Haus Fly pieces are made to order, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, it goes into production specifically for you. That means we can’t accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for sizing, fit, or change of mind.
That said, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got you.
We will replace or refund if:
• Your item arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing or print error
• You receive the wrong item
To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Please note:
• Made-to-order items cannot be restocked
• Return shipping is not covered
• We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections
